Turnover of Disaster Response, Covid-19 Vaccination Supplies and Equipment together with USAID

Surigao del Norte Provincial Governor Robert Lyndon S. Barbers graces the turnover of Disaster response and Covid-19 Vaccination supplies and equipment together with USAID OH Director Michelle Lang-alli, in a simple ceremony held at the Provincial Governor’s extension office located in Municipality of Dapa, Surigao del Norte on September 27, 2022.

Also present during the turnover were Provincial Health Officer Dr. Maria Isabel B. Makinano; Project Manager Specialist Ms. Consuelo Anonuevo; Humanitarian Assistance officer, Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance Rachelle Gallagher; ReachHealth / RTI International Chief Party Dr. Laurentiu Stan; and DOH Caraga Regional Director Dr. Cesar Cassion – DOH Caraga.

Among the highlights of this event is the turnover of the following; 10,000 Rapid Antigen Test Kits
44 units of Laptops Computers
22 units of Wi-Fi Routers
22 units of Infrared Thermal Scanner (Digital with Stand)
80 units of Infrared Thermal Scanner (Digital)
80 units of manual BP apparatus with a stethoscope (Adult)
80 units of manual BP apparatus with a stethoscope (Adult)
80 units of Pulse oximeter
50 units of oxygen tanks (50lbs with regulator)
10 units of high-flow of oxygen concentrators (10L)
22 units Credo Duracube Biothermal Box for Pfizer Vaccine 16L.

The nine (9) Rural Health Units in Siargao will also receive;
20 units of Canopy Tents, 10 units of 6 KVA generator sets Human Resource support to Surigao del Norte is also provided with the deployment of 10 processors and 9 social mobilizers in selected Rural Health Units.
