The ribbon cutting lead by Vice-Governor Geed Gokiangkee and the Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Atty. Jerry Centro representing Mayor Matugas, Provincial Department heads/Division Chiefs headed by acting Provincial Administrator Atty. Primolito Plaza, Chief of Hospitals, Department Of Health (DOH) representatives and other stakeholders at SRBC Building, Surigao City.
