Provincial Governor Atty. Francisco T. Matugas issued EO No. 21-040, s. 2021 containing the following salient features:

1. For establishments allowed to operate and activities allowed to be undertaken enumerated in Section 1.3 of this Executive Order, particularly for INDOOR VENUES, only the following can join, attend or enter:

a.1) Fully vaccinated individuals of COVID-19 vaccine; and
a.2) Those below 18 years of age, even if unvaccinated.

Note: Those who are 18 years old or above but not fully vaccinated of COVID-19 vaccine cannot join, attend or enter INDOOR VENUES.

2. Only fully vaccinated individuals of COVID-19 vaccine can use the ovals (track and field) of Provincial Sports Complex located in Surigao City and Siargao Island Sports and Tourism Complex located in the Municipality of Dapa, both of this Province, for jogging, walking and running purposes.
