Gov. Francisco T. Matugas issued Executive Order No. 21-030, s. 2021 extending the validity of EO No. 21-029, s. 2021 (An Order Imposing Stricter Temporary Measures to Travelers Going to or Passing through the Province of Surigao del Norte as well as Prohibition of Face-to-face Meetings, Trainings and Seminars) until 31 August 2021. issued Executive Order No. 21-030, s. 2021 extending the validity of EO No. 21-029, s. 2021 (An Order Imposing Stricter Temporary Measures to Travelers Going to or Passing through the Province of Surigao del Norte as well as Prohibition of Face-to-face Meetings, Trainings and Seminars) until 31 August 2021.

The CDP-TAC Team of Surigao del Norte conducted series of reviews & assessments on the Comprehensive Development Plans of the local government units of the Province.

The CDP-TAC has concluded its series of assessments on the Comprehensive Development Plans of the municipalities and component city of Surigao del Norte. Today, the Local Government Units of Surigao City, Del Carmen, and Sta. Monica were able to present the status of their compliance to the recommendations made by the CDP-TAC last year, and updates to their compliance to the component forms of their respective plans.
